2. Condition of Vintage Items

All our pieces are authentically vintage — meaning that slight fading, minor wear, or small imperfections are part of their history and character. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and clear photos for every product listed on our website.

If you ever have a question about sizing, condition, or material before purchasing, please reach out — we’re happy to help ensure you’re confident in your selection.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

• The item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.
• You contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos and details.

Returns that do not meet these conditions (such as change of mind or fit preference) cannot be accepted due to the one-off nature of vintage products.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind or size preference
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards and digital products
• Items listed as “Final Sale” in the product description

5. Return Process

• Step 1: Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item via email at support@vintageuniverse4u.com with your order number and photos.
• Step 2: Wait for a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Step 3: Ship the item back within 7 days of approval, using a tracked delivery service.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags (if applicable). Items received outside this timeframe or not in original condition will be rejected.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Any customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable.
• If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued back as store credit.

7. Exchanges

Because our vintage items are unique, we cannot always guarantee an exchange for the same product. However, if you wish to exchange for another item of equal value, please email us — we’ll do our best to help find a suitable replacement or issue store credit.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery). We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate after verifying the issue.

9. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to make a change to your order shortly after placing it, please email us right away at support@vintageuniverse4u.com. We’ll do our best to assist if your order hasn’t yet been dispatched.
