Dispatch Timeframes

At Vintage Universe4U, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday). During peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated by email once your order ships.

Order Cut-Off Times

• Orders placed before 11:59 PM (UK time) Monday to Thursday are typically dispatched the next working day.
• Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are dispatched on Monday or the next working day.

Free Shipping Thresholds

• UK Orders: Enjoy free UK shipping when you spend £300 GBP or more.
• EU Orders: Customers in the following countries qualify for free shipping on orders over £1000 GBP:

Germany, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Czechia, Poland

Free shipping will automatically apply at checkout when your order meets the required amount.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners. While we always aim to deliver your order on time, occasional delays may occur due to customs, carrier backlogs, or external factors beyond our control.

International Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside the UK, please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply once your order arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Vintage Universe4U is not responsible for covering or refunding any of these additional charges.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address details provided during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

In the rare event that your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@vintageuniverse4u.com with your order number. We’ll liaise with our shipping partners to locate or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
